Agnes A. Kotarski

Agnes A. Kotarski, 87, of Charlottesville, went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 23, 2010, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on January 21, 1923, the daughter of the late Felix Sosler and Margaret Heater Sosler. Agnes was the youngest of 14 children, nine who preceded her in death.

Agnes was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She lived in Linden, New Jersey, for over 45 years and was a member of Saint Theresa's Catholic Church. She moved to Charlottesville with her husband in recent years and was a member of Church of the Incarnation.

Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Joseph Michael Kotarski; her son, Kenneth Kotarski and his wife, Maureen; two grandchildren, Craig Kotarski and his wife, Kim, and Crystal Kotarski and her fianc‚, Michael Gilchrist; great- granddaughter, Camryn Nicole Kotarski; one brother, Stanley Sosler; two sisters, Cecilia Labriola and Rose Greener; a very special nephew, Len Labriola and his wife, Annette, and their daughters, Lisa and Laura; and a niece, Sister Mary Gloriosa.

A funeral service will be held at Noon on Monday, April 26, 2010, in the Hill and Wood Funeral Home Chapel with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens.
