The family wishes to thank the entire staff of Martha Jefferson Hospital for their compassionate care.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Monday, November 30, 2009, at Hill and Wood Funeral Home, 201 North First Street, Charlottesville, VA 22902.

A Mass of the Resurrection will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 1, 2009, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 401 Alderman Road, Charlottesville, VA 22903.

Following the service, there will be a brief reception, and then burial at Monticello Memorial Gardens.

My love and prayers to Lisa's husband and family. I've known Lisa for a long time through her close friendship with my daughter and enjoyed her presence in our home at many family gatherings. I will cherish her beautiful smile and the many good times and laughter that my daughter I shared with her over the years. Lisa will always have a special place in my heart.
My deepest sympathy,
(Meredith's Mom)
