Mary Gboley Obituary
Mary D. Gboley, 49, of Charlottesville, went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 27, 2010, at a local hospital. She was born in Liberia on January 1, 1961, to the late Tarwo Flomo and Annie Moore Flomo.
Mary was a devoted mother, wife and sister who was committed to the church. She provided food and shelter to the homeless.
Survivors include her husband of 33 years, six children, 10 grandchildren, four sisters, seven brothers, and many other loving family members.
A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, October 9, 2010, at Union Run Baptist Church with Pastor Clay Marsh officiating. Interment will follow immediately in the church cemetery.
Special thanks to her family physician, Dr. Reeves, to Pastor Bill Willis, and to the teachers and staff of Charlottesville City Schools.

To the Gboley family. I just want to express my condolences. I am terribly sorry for your loss.
Mary was a very kind, loving, and giving person. She will always be remembered by me as someone who loved her family.
