Sharon Smyers

Smyers Sharon Smyers, 64, a lifelong resident of Columbus, Ohio, was a beautiful spirit that has left this world to be reunited with her recently departed grandson, Dustin Graham on August 10, 2013 at Riverside Methodist Hospital with several loved ones by her side. Sharon was born November 5, 1948 in Columbus, Ohio, she was a retiree from Overnite Freight\UPS, daughter of Robert and Betty (Tullos) Blatt. She will be deeply missed by her devoted loving husband\soul mate, Carl Smyers; as well as her adoring children, Barry (Tondra) Graham, Robert (Lori) Graham, Carla (Bruno) Pellegrini; her beloved grandchildren "the babies", Tabatha, Brittney, Cody and Chad Graham, Salvatore and Vincenzo Pellegrini, Megan Malik, Halei and Kaitlin Short; and her brothers, Stan (Mary) Blatt, Steve (Harlene) Blatt; and her sister, Susan (John) Evans-Ball; special nephew, David Evans; as well as several other extended family members. Family and friends are invited to a memorial celebration of her life that will take place this Thursday (August 15) evening at The Everal Barn located at 60 N. Cleveland Ave., Westerville, OH 43082 from 6:30-9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Sharon's name to: Nationwide Children's Hospital, Attn: Family and Volunteer Services, 700 Children's Drive, Columbus, OH 43205.
