STEVEN KOEHLER

Steven passed away on Tuesday February 21,2012. He was born to Adam and Jeri Koehler on October 24, 1951, in Fresno, Ca. He was a graduate of McLane High School and graduated Suma Cum Laude from California State University, Fresno. Steven was head of the auto shop program at Poly High School in Riverside Ca. for eight years. He then returned to Fresno to work for his father until he opened his own business, Koehler Auto Repair Experts. He was on KMJ Auto Shop Talk for 12 years on Saturday mornings. He married Janice Lowrey on December 10, 1983. She was his love, best friend and wife for 28 years. Steven was a Black Belt in Shotokan Karate. He and Jan enjoyed taking care of their 2.5 acre home in Tollhouse and riding their motorcycles together. He worked for RL Jensen & Associates for the past seven years after selling his own business. Steven was a much loved man and will be greatly missed by family and friends. Steven is survived by his wife Janice; his parents, Adam and Jeri of Fresno; sister, Kathreen Steiner and her husband Ralf; nieces Malia Gallaher and Sarah Steiner all of Riggins, Id.
