I was one of the nurses that took care of Ms. Sargent at Regency House. I loved seeing her smile each day and hearing her laughter. She always had good things to say.

What a dear lady. Pat held a special place in our hearts. We enjoyed ministering to John & Pat at First Church of the Nazarene over the years. We have missed John and now will miss Pat but know that we will see them again. Our sympathy & prayers to the family. May God bring you peace and comfort in the coming days.

Dana,
My deepest condolences to you and your family. I have very fond memories of working with Pat at GTE. She was truly an amazing woman. I know she treasured her children and adored all of her grandchildren. My prayers are with you and your family.

I had the honor of knowing this woman of grace and dignity. She had a terrific sense of humor. She worked with my Mom at GTE. Pat, you will be missed!

I am so sorry to hear of Pat's passing, but I know she is so happy to be reunited with her beloved John. Just seeing her sweet smile at the volunteers'desk in the Day Surgery lobby at Angelo Community made the day better. She was always such a huge help to both our patients and us nurses, and she always wanted to stay busy. She always had a hug for anyone who needed or wanted one, a shoulder to lean on, and a prayer for comfort and strength when needed.
My favorite memory of Pat happened one morning shortly after Christmas when she came into the pre~registration office to weigh herself. She did not notice me slip up behind her and put my foot on the scale behind her! As she continued to adjust the scale upward she started to mutter under her breath! I finally started to giggle, at which point she realized where her "extra weight" was coming from! I thought she was going to wring my neck! We laughed about that for several years!
Please know that you are in my prayers at this difficult time. But I know heaven is a brighter place with Pat's smile among the angels.
