ROCK HILL - Mrs. Marsha Jackson Dozier, 63, of 1177 Meadow Lakes Road, went to be with her Lord and Saviour on Saturday, Sept. 17, 2011, at her home.
Services for Mrs. Dozier will be 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 18, 2011, at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, with Dr. Jack Basie officiating. Burial will be private.
Mrs. Dozier was born in Rock Hill and was the daughter of the late Samuel and Lucy McGowan Jackson. She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, where she was a former Sunday school teacher. Mrs. Dozier taught at Westminster Christian School and Ebinport School in Rock Hill, S.C.
Mrs. Dozier is survived by her husband, Jerry T. Dozer; her sons, Tommy Dozier and wife, Lisa, and Sam Dozier and wife, Jennifer, all of Rock Hill; her brother, Watt Jackson of Shelby, N.C.; and her grandchildren, Mikayla Dozier, Jackson Dozier, Max Dozier and Isabella Dozier.
The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to Hospice & Community Care, P.O. Box 993, Rock Hill, SC 29731; or Kicking Cancer with Brooklyn Fund at Family Trust Bank in Rock Hill.

Mrs. Dozier was an amazing woman whom I had the pleasure of knowing pretty much my entire life. She will be sorely missed, but never forgotten.
