Alan and I are shocked, devastated and lonely with the thought of Mike gone. He was a sweet man and a dear friend. The memory of his smile will be with us no matter where we live. It is with great sympathy that we have keep in touch with you on this occasion. Our thoughts are with all of Mike's dear family.
