Not sure what to say?

September 2, 2011

Heard a song that reminded me of you today. Because you loved me by Celine Dion-the one April dedicated to you. I miss you so much-but I will see you in paradise.

December 16, 2010

Regina Quezada GildeLamadrid, she was wife to my brother Tony, mother to my nephew Isaiah, and a sister and friend to myself. If you knew Gina, then you would know what a beautiful and vibrant woman she was. If you were a friend or family member to Gina, then you were blessed with her unwavering love and loyalty, which was unconditional and new no limits. She loved and was loved deeply by her family, which she never took for granted, ever. She loved deeply and fiercely. Regina was one of a kind. Many say this of loved ones, but if you knew Gina, then you know what I say is true. Nothing had the power to keep this woman down. Nothing. She was so strong. I wish I could be half as strong as her, and I am so very greatful that I was apart of her life, and she was apart of mine. If you can imagine a star so full of light, so strong and bright. Then you can get an idea of what comes to my mind when thinking of Gina and the way she lived her life. Nothing kept her down, she burned bright, and was a force to be respected and admired. Thank you Gina, for being my sister and my friend. You will always be remembered and loved. When you left you took with you the love of many. And left us with a beautiful memory which I know I will always cherish. I love you. Your sister in law- Sara Gil de Lamadrid Ruiz

i will always remeber Gina with her leather jacket and her huge platforms, always with a smile and laughing ! she had the biggest heart full of love. she oved everyone around herat all times. she was so fearless and carefree. she was the only one who would go on the rollercoasters with me at great america and santa cruz. no matter what, others ALWAYS came before herself. whenever someone was around Gina, they would be having a fun time, from camping trips to going out on service. she always made service fun for me when i was younger. we would stay out for hours, the way she talked to others made me want to go out the next day. she was so active and full of energy, always up for a game of basketball or softball at burnett. her memory will forever live on within our family and loved ones. i will never forget that smile on your face or your laugh Gina. i will forever remember you, miss you, and love you Gina !

Gina I remember when I first got my driver license and we would drive to Bryman together and I would never drive on the freeway until one day you tricked me into it and of course there was a huge big rig truck as we were merging and I was like Gina what do I do n u said to me "Just keep going". It was then I knew you cared enough about me to help me be brave and to overcome my fears. Thank you for being there for me. You are such a great women and a wonderful cousin. Man! Gina? Where to start? The most adventurous, craziest, prettiest daredevil known to society. I never really got to Thank You for all the things you have done for our family throughout the years of my life. Thank You Gina. I appreciate everything you did for me and all the places you took my cousins and I. I looked up to you because you were fearless and always told me to try new things, so I did. Without you, life would have been so boring as a child. You always told me to never give up and to never let others tell me I could not do something. Look at me now. You were and always will be the best older cousin a family member could ever ask for. You were constantly smiling and making others laugh. You could never stop helping people even when you did not have much to offer. If you could, you would give a homeless person the last dollar to your name because you cared more about others before yourself. I will miss your jokes and all the times you tried to dance, especially the broken armed robot. Your adventurous life included you living in more houses and owning more cars than I could ever count, but it was an Amazing ride. I will also miss the hiking trips you took us on, all the scary stories you would tell us at night on the beach, or at camping and all the BBQ's at the park, playing basketball. So many memories lie in our hearts and minds that will never be forgotten, but only until time passes will we create new ones in Paradise. Losing you at the moment was not a LOST for us, but was a GAIN of everlasting life for you. We no longer have to see you struggle to do what is right because now we know you Rest In Peace with a for sure ticket to a better life. You had a lot of dreams to do things that you never got to do. Now, you sleep, waiting for your family to walk together through your main dream, which will soon become a reality, Paradise. This is not a, "Goodbye," but a, "I will see you later," until we see each other again because it is Jehovah's Will.Love you Gina.
Love Your Lil Cousin,

May the subshine of her smile never leave us and most importantly never forget the ones that she left behind. My cousin helped me conquer my fears. Anything I was afraid of, she did first to show me it COULD be done. Now who will help me conquer my fears in this world? I guess I will have to wait to see her in paradise. I miss you everyday cousin
