Dorothy "Dottie" Gaspar age 97 passed away peacefully at home September 12 ,2025.
Born on August 20,1928 in Lisbon , NH to Earl Byron and Irene Jenkins Byron.
Dottie lived a long meaningful life marked by dedication to her family, her work, and community.
Dottie began he professional life in the restaurant industry as a server, where she developed a strong work ethic and a warm rapport with those she served. She later transitioned into healthcare, working for many years as a receptionist for Dr. Joseph Blumen. Her professionalism and kindness left a lasting impression on colleagues and patients alike.
A devoted wife, Dottie was predeceased by her beloved husband, Joseph Gaspar. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Marion Sherburne. She is survived by her daughter, Denise Gaspar (Jay McCallister). Dottie was a proud Nini to Karl Marley and his wife, Tracey, Joseph Marley and partner, Megan Mello, Kati Marley and fiancee, DJ Martin and Jakob Mccallister.
Her love extended to her great-grandchildren, Mallorie, Josephine, Maggie, and Evangeline. They brought immense joy to her later years Her memory will live on through them.
She will be remembered for her art of knitting , cooking , and canning.
May her memory bring comfort to all who knew and loved her. She will be laid to rest quietly with the love of her life.
