Kelley LeBlanc Crow, affectionately known as Gee’Ma, passed away on November 27, 2023, at the age of 61 in Somerville, Texas.  She was born the 3rd child to Terry LeBlanc and Marcia Rausch on November 1, 1962, in Texas City, Texas.  Kelley was a beloved Mama, Gee’Ma, and an extraordinary individual, known for her loving nature and pure soul.

Kelley had a zest for life and enjoyed various activities such as trail rides, hunting, fishing, and a love for dancing.  She has been a member of the Salt Grass Trail Ride since she was 14 years old. She was an avid Dr. Pepper lover and a true hoodie wearer.  However, her greatest joy came from being a Mama and Gee’Ma. Whether they were family or friends, Kelley’s love for children was evident to all who knew her.

Kelley held a number of jobs through out her life, but the one that was her favorite was being a stay-at-home mom and raising her daughter. Shandala was her whole world and she made sure to give her the best life she could. They were best friends and the constant in each other’s lives. When she became a grandmother, Kelley then took to that roll helping to raise her 3 beautiful grandchildren along side her daughter and son-in-law. She was their anchor and helping to keep things running smoothly.

She is survived by her husband, Tommy Crow, her daughter Shandala Lewis, and son-in-law Charles Lewis.  Kelley is also survived by her sons, Josh Schaffer and Bubba Crow, daughter in law Karen, her daughter Destinie Perrodin, and her parents by heart, Lee Ray and Linda Thrasher.  She leaves behind her sister Vikki Solt and brother-in-law Matt Solt, as well as her brother Tony LeBlanc and sister-in-law Christy LeBlanc.  Kelley’s sister by heart, Leslie Thrasher and brother-in-law Richard, and her brothers by heart, Lonnie Thrasher, and Ronnie “Baby” Thrasher and Dana.  Additionally, she is survived by her nieces, Christina Nicole LeBlanc, Charlena LeBlanc, Holly Brandon, and Jessica Brandon, and her nephews, Nathan Solt, Harley Solt, Taylor LeBlanc, Tanner LeBlanc, Morgan Thrasher, and Ronnie Thrasher. Most importantly she leaves behind her most cherished and loved grandchildren Cheyenne “Sister” Lewis, Jackson “Jack Jack” Maldonado-Lewis, and Jordan “Buggy” Maldonado-Lewis. She also leaves behind a multitude of bonus children/grandchildren who were touched by her love.

Kelley was preceded in death by her father Terry LeBlanc, mother Marcia Rausch, her Pops (stepfather) Leon Rausch, son Joseph Crow, and her fur-son Rommel.

Kelley attended McCullough High School where she still kept in contact with many of her classmates from 1981.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on December 9th, 2023, at 2 pm at the Somerville Baptist Church life-center. Potluck lunch will immediately follow. The family asks that you please join them in remembering Kelley and sharing stories of her. The family asks that if you would like to make any donations in her honor to please keep in mind The American Heart Association or any local human animal shelters.
