Christopher Raines Obituary
Christopher Richard Raines, 38, of Wickham Lane, Waynesboro, Virginia, died on Sunday, October 3, 2010, at his home.
He was born on February 2, 1972, in Waynesboro, Virginia. He attended Waynesboro Free Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include his wife, Stacey Raines; two sons, Christopher Raines of Pennsylvania, and Brandon Raines of Waynesboro; a grandson, Caleb Raines; his father, James R. Raines of Waynesboro; his mother and stepfather, Karen and Garry Older of Waynesboro; his brother, Jamie Raines of Waynesboro; his grandmother, Audrey Simmons of Fishersville; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bobby and Elizabeth Moats of Crimora; four sisters-in-law, three brothers-in-law, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, October 8, 2010, at McDow Funeral Home by the Reverend William Strickler and the Reverend Robert Shepherd.
The family will receive friends from 7 until 8 p.m. Thursday, October 7, 2010, at the funeral home.
McDow Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
