GOLDBERG--Dr. Ivan K., of Pomona, NY on November 26, 2013. He attended Johns Hopkins University and NYU College of Medicine. In private practice, specializing in psycho-pharmacology and depression, with offices in New York City and Bardonia, NY. In 1986 he founded Psycom.net. The site includes, "Dr. Ivan's Depression Central" and a listserv with many email lists used by over 4,000 mental health professionals worldwide. Dr. Goldberg is the author of "Questions and Answers About Depression and its Treatment" and many other books. He received numerous awards including the American Psychiatric Association's 2014 Distinguished Service Award. Dr. Goldberg was also an avid photographer in black and white and infrared. Many of his photographs are displayed in museums worldwide. Ivan is survived by his wife, Cynthia Meyer Goldberg; two daughters, Bonni Goldberg and Meredith Goldberg; two step-sons, Vincent and Eric Matal, and one granddaughter, Isabel Kendall. He is predeceased by his brother, Steven and his sister, Diane. Memorial Service will be held at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home, Suffern, NY on December 7, from 12-2pm.
