I am saddened and stunned that Seth has passed away. I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to share my thoughts on the Shangri-La Diet several years ago with him and so pleased that he shared my thoughts in his book. Today as I had gotten online and wanted to see if many people were still following his diet, I found out he had died. Truly, I am so sorry to hear of his passing and extend my deepest sympathy to his family. God Bless you all. I know you are missing him so much. But you will be with him again, I know that to be true.

Suddenly, we've lost Seth. When he was in Beijing, it was just as if he was around the corner. Now he is gone.

We've been moved by the great and thoughtful remembrances of so many friends and colleagues of Seth, who shared their experiences, thoughts, and times with Seth. We will remember his companionship and presence, and his passion for scientific investigation, new understanding, knowledge pried from nature's mysteries.

Now Seth himself is one of nature's mysteries. But I can still hear him asking questions.
