I will always remember Doris' laughter, and all of those "camp fire" things....

Doris Walker always had a smile and was a willing listener to stories as we chatted each day at Longfellow School. She knew the answer to all my questions when I arrived at Longfellow in 1991. I always knew where to go for the afternoon suger treat, Doris' desk. Diana Jarrett

Besides being a great secretary at Longfellow Elementary School, Doris was fun to talk with. Her wit and quick comments always brought a smile to my face. Manuela Harral

Doris was a GREAT school secretary and kept all of us contented with her never empty candy dish. Sorry I lost contact with her after her retirement

Doris Walker was the best school secretary. She was thoughtful, efficient, and lots of fun. She always had candy on her desk but she never seemed to gain any weight! We all loved her at Longfellow School.

Doris was a bright light in the office of Longfellow Elementary School. She shared in the laughs and love of everyone. She was also a wonderful friend. We lost contact after she retired and I was sad to read of her passing. She is and will be missed.
