Though your hearts are feeling blue,
and your eyes are filled with tears.
From loosing someone dear and true
a father, a mentor, a friend for all his years.
Some think that death is the final end,
but, Christians will object.
By him being a good Lutheran husband,
his destiny has been set.
Even if his earth bound task is complete,
taken without suffering or forewarning.
For this is why you should dance off your feet,
until the sun rises in the morning.
Floyd Woodrow Montgomery is a winner!
He has been admitted to Heavens eternal Pot Luck Dinner.

It is such a loss that this man, and those like him are leaving us. I worked with Floyd for several years. I can not find the words to describe the admiration I have for him, the knowledge that he passed on to me and the skill he possesed in his craft and his life. He was a true family man and so very proud of his wife and girls. He was a patriot who loved and served his country. I am so grateful to have known him and for all the things he taught me. Rest easy Mr. Montgomery, you done good.
