INEZ BRAINARD Obituary

BRAINARD, INEZ ELINORE August 6, 1922 to October 2, 2010 Inez Elinore Brainard was born in Big Creek, California. She was raised in Alhambra, Calif. and moved to San Diego in 1947 to begin married life. Robert (her beloved "Bobby" passed in 2004) and Inez had two children Sharon Ann Louder and Stephen Vincent Brainard, both residing in Chula Vista. Sharon has two daughters, Lori Ann Louder of El Cajon and Lisa Carin Ramon of Chula Vista. There are three great-grand-children, Melissa Sharon, Evan William and David Michaels. Her life as a homemaker was devoted to her family and they will all cherish her memory. She crocheted and knitted afghans for all, and always had a quick wit and wonderful laugh. She was a PEO Sisterhood member and served as President for several years. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 9, 2010 at Greenwood Mortuary in the Salli Lynn Chapel.

I often drive up Gretchen Rd just to view the Brainard house. Fond memories of Blue Bird days always come to me. Inez was sweet, kind, funny and a very loving woman. You were very lucky to have her in her life for such a long time! May all of you feel blessed to have been loved by her, as I am sure your father did too. God Bless them both!
