MORRIS CONSTANTIN Obituary

Morris Constantin WWII Army veteran and Union County restaurateur, 92 Morris Constantin, 92, passed away at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center in Palm Beach, Fla,. on Thursday, Jan. 15, 2015. Funeral services will be conducted from Menorah Chapels at Millburn, 2950 Vauxhall Road, Union, N.J., on Sunday, Jan. 18, 2015, at 11:30 a.m. Interment is in Beth Israel Cemetery, Woodbridge, N.J. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., Morris resided in Newark, N.J.; Maplewood, N.J.; South Orange, N.J., and West End, N.J., before moving to Florida in 2007. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a restaurateur, owning Stanley's Restaurant in Springfield, N.J., and Tarantella's and the Penny Arcade, both in Clark, N.J. He was a member of Azure Masada Lodge No. 22 and Congregation Beth El in South Orange. Surviving are his beloved wife of 72 years, Teresa (nee Friedman); he was the devoted father of Doris Schwartz, Stanley Constantin, Eileen Sherman, and Alan Constantin. He was the loving and proud grandfather of five and great-grandfather of 11. In lieu of flowers, donations in Morris' honor may be made to the American Heart Association, the Alzheimer's Association, or the charity of your choice.

My father Joe Wesley was Mo's go to chef at any restaurant Mo opened. I also worked for Mo and he and his family was always kind and a great family. When my Mom passed aways in 1999 Mo provided and sent food all the way to North Carolina. Rest in Peace

It is hard to believe that Uncle Moe passed a few months before his brother Bernard, my father.
They are now both buried in Woodbridge and
may their souls rest in peace
