BAKER, Ethel Hamlett, age 76, of Keysville, Va., died Friday, May 21, 2010. She is survived by her husband, Russell Baker; son, Steve Baker and his wife, Carolyn, of Keysville, Va.; daughter, Audrey B. Davidson and her husband, Don of Alexandria, Va.; sisters, Erma Moon of Gladys, Va., Alice Belieu of Texas, Joyce Anne Austin of Gladys, Va.; brothers, Robert Hamlett of Lynchburg, Va. and Alexander Hamlett of Gladys, Va.; grandsons, John Mark Davidson, Nash Baker and Nick Baker. She was preceded in death by siblings, Viola Dagenhart, Edward P. Hamlett, and David H. Hamlett. A service of worship and remembrance will be held Monday, May 24, 2010 at 3 p.m. at the Eureka Baptist Church. The family wil receive friends at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home Sunday, May 23, 2010 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Eureka Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, a project for which Ethel had a long and special interest. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, Va. is in charge of the arrangements.
