Our Sympathy to the family. We were both patients of "Doc" for years in Richmond. He always helped us and we always left with a laugh.

Dearest Pat:

A deceased loved one in God's hands
Lives the fullness of 3 strands.
Three strands of love, faith and hope
Weave a stronger bond than rope.
One lasting love, a braid of three
Formed by God, my deceased loved ones and me.
May these three strands unite as one
at home with God when time is done.

Dear Pat and Family,

We will truly miss Doc and his wonderful jokes and ability to make all of us laugh and smile. He brought such joy to each and everyone of us and never ever gave up hope. He was a true inspiration to us all and we will miss him dearly!

May these thoughts help comfort you at your time of loss, as we can only imagine how special he was to you and your family as he was to us at Carousel!

Good-by Buddy !

I have always greatly enjoyed our interactions together. Your enthusiast outlook on life, your love of the outdoors, and most especially your great family and your children have been more than just delightful, you all have be a strong source of Joie de Vivre.

May you now fly with the geese you so much admired, may you swim in the waters that were so much a part of your life, and may you enjoy again the company of all of our extended family which gave so much of itself to so many of us over the golden years of our lives.

While the Valkyries have escorted you home, they have not taken your memory. Give my love to your Mother and Father, to Jean Anne and Peggy, and to Pop Behle and Grandma. It has been a great ride, and you were a large part of it for me.

All my love, and “DEO GRATIS”.
