William Harrison Obituary

HARRISON, William Jr., originally from Harrisonburg, Va., departed this life suddenly on Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington, Va. He was 55 years of age. Bill had lived in Arlington for the past nine years. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Robert Harrison Sr. and Rennie Keezell Harrison; and niece, Anna Elizabeth Harrison. He is survived by his brother, George F. Harrison; nephew, Samuel Zacharias Harrison; and niece, Ella Parke Harrison, all of Richmond. Bill attended The College of William and Mary, and was a graduate of James Madison University, with a B.A. in History, and the University of Virginia with an M.A in European History. He worked in the commercial real estate title industry, with the former Lawyers Title/LandAmerica in Richmond, and most recently for the past nine years, with First American Corporation in Washington D.C. A private graveside service will be held at the Keezletown Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Bon Secours Hospice, 8580 Magellan Parkway, Richmond, Va. 23227-1149.
