I loved Arthur-he was a very close friend of mine here in Binghamton, NY. He was a very caring man and we enjoyed many talks while I visited him and his wife Josie! They were like parents to me!
I visited in the past month and he was sick-I have been praying for him! GOD BLESS YOU ARTHUR-I KNOW YOU ARE AT PEACE WITH GOD IN HEAVEN! I WILL MISS YOU SO MUCH!
