Anna Marsella Obituary

MARSELLA, ANNA J. (SANTANIELLO), formerly of Roosevelt St., in North Providence, passed away on Saturday. She was the wife of the late Luigi Marsella and daughter of the late Giovanni and Threasa (Mancini) Santaniello.

She is survived by her daughter, AnnMarie Penta; three sons, Julio, John, and Anthony Marsella; four sisters, Ida Brito, Connie Pendleton, Jean Aniello, Dorothy Young; a brother, Albert Santaniello; seventeen Grandchildren, thirty four great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late John Santaniello, Edith Barbieri, Lena Marsella, and Amelia Mattiello.

Visitation Wednesday MORNING, 8:30-10:15 AM, in the A.A. MARIANI and Son Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins Street in Providence. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11 AM in The Church of the Presentation, 1081 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence. Burial in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. Kindly omit flowers, donations to: Memorial & Honor Program, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105-1942.

Ann Marie, John, Julio & Anthony....all your beautiful child faces on "Mamma Mia's" special pillow always was so refreshing to look at daily with her and watch her face glow with pride & love. Her precious children.

You know that Mamma tugged.
at my heart strings and I loved her very much.

I am so blessed and honored to have been a part of her lifes final chapter and to have been a part of her care team.

I will miss Mamma's beautiful smile
and her sweet gentle ways. And yes I will miss each one of you.
Thanks for sharing your Mother with me.
