Robert Parenti Obituary
Born in Providence, a son of the late Joseph and Celia F. (Parente) Parenti, he was a life-long resident of Cranston. Mr. Parenti was a Vietnam US Air Force veteran and graduated cum laude from Johnson & Wales. Bob enjoyed world-wide jazz events with his wife and played trumpet at many different venues, meeting many wonderful people throughout his travels.
He was the brother of Thomas A. Parenti of Cranston and Norma Ann Shola of Narragansett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be held on Thursday at 8:30 AM in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Avenue, Warwick with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM in St. Rita Church, Oakland Beach Avenue. Burial with military honors will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8 PM. Information and guestbook visit www.TheQuinnFuneralHome.com.

I'm sorry for Bob's passing. He was the most sincere person I have ever met. He was so kind to everyone; he was so humble....he will be missed greatly.
