Frances Beausoleil

BEAUSOLEIL, FRANCES (PINEAU), 90, of Warren, died peacefully Saturday at home after a long illness. She is survived by her husband of 61years, Eugene Beausoleil.

Born in Fall River a daughter of the late J. Adelard and Marie L. (Hamel) Pineau, and grew up in Ocean Grove, Swansea.

She was a homemaker for many years, having previously worked at SE Raines Hankerchief Co. in Warren and later at Firestone Rubber Co., in Fall River during the years of WWII, prior to her marriage. She enjoyed gardening, reading, and working word puzzles in her later years. One of her greatest joys and proudest moments was when she obtained her first drivers license at age 75, which provided her with a newfound freedom to drive near and far.

Besides here husband, she is survived by her children, Richard and his wife Joan of Warren, Robert of East Greenwich, Janine of Bristol, and Brian of Warren; grandchildren, Michelle Cousineau and Adam Beausoleil and 5 great grandchildren; sisters, Lorraine Pineau and Yolande Croisitiere both of Escondido, CA. She was the sister of the late Albert, Jeanette, Adelard, Edmond, Oliver, Laurent, and Joseph Pineau and Rosaline Garon.

Arrangements are with Smith Funeral & Memorial Services, 8 School House Road, Warren, where the family will receive friends 5-8PM Tuesday. The funeral will be Wednesday, 9am from the funeral home with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 in St Jean Baptiste Church.
