Amanda Lou "Mandy" Sharp, 44, of North Vernon, passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus.
Born April 24, 1979, in Seymour, she was the daughter of Larry Edward and Beverly Jo (Foist) Robinson. She married Jason Sharp on May 8, 1998, in Vernon, he survives.
Mandy was a 1997 graduate of Jennings County High School and was a homemaker and housewife. She was a member of North Vernon Moose Lodge and a former member of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary in North Vernon. Mandy enjoyed bowling, baking, coloring, flowers, gardening and being outdoors. She loved taking Jeep rides and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband, Jason; her son, Brodee Sharp; her daughters, Harleigh Sharp, Sydnee Sharp and LouCee Sharp, all of North Vernon; her parents, Larry and Beverly Robinson of North Vernon; sister, Tina Sue Wilson of North Vernon; and grandchildren Jaxton Richardson of North Vernon, Addyson Johnson and Lili Mays, both of Noblesville.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Chad Eric Robinson; grandparents, Pete and Lou Foist and Harry and Mildred Robinson; nephews, Dakota "Koty" Wilson, Brandon Rattliff and Jesse Wilson; and niece, Kenna Wilson.
A funeral service for Mandy will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service in North Vernon with Jesse Sharp officiating. The visitation for family and friends will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday. Burial will follow in the Vernon Cemetery in Vernon.
Memorials may be made in honor of Mandy through the funeral home to Riley Children's Hospital.
