Arthur C Raslavsky

Arthur C. Raslavsky, age 79, of Shelton entered into rest at CT Hospice with his loving family by his side.
He was the devoted husband of 54 years to Rosemarie (Papariello) Raslavsky. Arthur was a Quality Control Inspector and Chemical Technician at Branson Ultrasonics in Danbury for many years until his retirement. He was a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
He enjoyed carpentry and loved making items for his friends and family. He also enjoyed listening to classical and jazz music. He was a big fan of the James Bond films. He was also an avid bowler, and enjoyed going to the Bradley Bowl in Windsor Locks, CT to attend professional bowling events. Most of all, he cherished spending time with his family.
Arthur was the beloved father of David A. Raslavsky, loving grandfather of Nicholas and Anton Raslavsky, and brother of Mary Jane Piacentini, and the late Thomas Raslavsky. He was also survived by several nieces and nephews.
On Tuesday, October 18th, friends may call from 5:00 to 6:00 PM at the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Rd., Shelton. His funeral service will follow at the parlor.
