Mrs. Mayfield is survived by her daughters Kathy Mayfield and Kim Mayfield; grandchildren Andrew Norris and Elise Heald; and sisters Ann Duvall, Barbara Gore, and Evelyn Mitchell.
She was preceded in death by her parents Homer and Ola Rains; husband Bill Mayfield; sisters Kearnie Starnes and Angie Burgett; brothers Coy Rains, Dabney Rains, Arvil Rains, Edwin Rains, Jimmy Rains, and Freeman Rains.
Pallbearers will include Andrew Norris, Jason Mayfield, Colin Mayfield, Gary Gore, Tim Duvall, and Jeff Rains.
