Obituary of Caine Perreault
Hudson, FL- Caine Perreault, 31, passed away April 5, 2023. He was born on August 17, 1991 at Providence Hospital in Holyoke, MA, son of the late Cheri Berthiaume and Roger Perreault. Caine attended Chicopee Public School as well as Chicopee High School. During his working years, Caine worked in both retail and as a laborer.
Caine loved to skateboard, being coached with his brother Tyler, by his father in basketball, and played for the select basketball division at which he excelled. He also played basketball and football in Chicopee High School. Caine loved music and playing his guitar and singing. Caine sang in the church choir and was also an alter server for many years at St. Rose Delima Church in Chicopee, MA. He also enjoyed camping and fishing and sitting around the camp fire. Caine was especially good at drawing and shared many of his pictures
Caine will be remembered for his smile, his humor, his loving nature and willingness to help out a family member or friend in need. He will also be remembered for his funny songs that could make you laugh when you heard them and for the poems that he wrote.
Six months ago, Caine was predeceased by his mother. He will be greatly missed by his father, Roger Perreault and Brenda Cliche of Goshen along with his brother, Tyler of Easthampton, MA. Caine also is survived by a step sister, Destiny Theriault and a step brother, Chance Theriault along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
Visitation will be held Thursday, April 27 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Beers & Story South Hadley Funeral Home. A funeral Mass will be held Friday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Rose deLima Church in Chicopee. Kindly meet directly at the church. Burial will be private and at a later date.
