He was born October 2, 1960, in McArthur the son of Letha Toops
of Zaleski, and the late Charles Stutler. He was employed by Tri-County
Asphalt.
He is survived by his mother Letha, and children Jody, Cody, Trint,
Dustin, Coen, and Taylor; 3 great-grandchildren; a sister Lynn Herrold.
He was preceded in death by his father Jerry Toops, and a brother
Jeff Toops.
A gathering for family and friends will be held Wednesday 6-8 P.M.
at Bigony-Jordan Funeral Home.
