David J Patterson

On April 13th, 2002, David Joshua Patterson came into our lives. In the 21 years that we had him, he brightened every life he touched. There was nothing more contagious than his smile and he shared it freely. Dave loved anything to do with the outdoors. His passions were hunting with his brother and dad, snowmobiling with friends and family, and holding his son. He excelled at all things athletic. There wasn't anything he couldn't do, and he made it all look easy. Everywhere he went he made friends and memories. Dave lived life.
On June 23rd, 2023, God brought Dave home to be with Him. He will forever be missed by his family and friends. Through the amazing memories we all have, he will be remembered and loved forever.
David is survived by his parents Josh and Bobbie Patterson; brother Braydan Tom (Kaitlyn Downey); son Decker Lane Patterson; great grandmother Mona Drake; grandparents Dave and Sheila Patterson, Robert and Karen (Morey) Drake and Rhea and Stuart Crismore; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that he loved like family.
A service for Dave will be held on Saturday, July 1, 1:00 p.m. at the Libby Baptist Church, 105 E. Cedar St. Libby, MT. 59923. Arrangements are under the care of the Schnackenberg Funeral Home of Libby. Memorials and condolences may be shared at www.schnackenbergfh.com.
