She was born on March 3, 1954 in Caro to Casper and Avis (Berry) Yens. Debbie was a graduate of Mayville High School with the Class of 1972. She married Jerry Manns on June 3, 2006 in Sandusky. Debbie enjoyed playing Euchre, cooking, watching game shows, camping with Jerry, and in her younger days bowling and pool.
Debbie is survived by her children, Tammy Lamartz and Gregory McPhail; step children, Shawn (Bobbie) Manns, Nick Manns, Jerry (Icellee) Manns, Janelle Commisso, Samantha Eldridge and Alicia Spencer; 21 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; siblings, Ron (Pearl) McKellar, Nellie (Chuck) Tveter, Robert (Sharon) Yens, Lora McKellar; Mike (Karen) Yens, and Rose Ann Yens; and loved by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Manns in 2018; parents; brothers, Casper Yens, Bill (Dixie) McKellar and Gary McKellar; great grandchild, Taytum Manns; and nephew, Ryan Yens.
The family will receive visitors on Thursday, April 18, 2024 from 4-8 PM at Avram Funeral Home and on Friday, April 19, 2024 from 10-11 AM.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM on Friday, April 18, 2024 at Avram Funeral Home with Pastor Terry Balogh officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Family Discretionary Fund in care of Tammy Lamartz.
