Debra Ranallo, of Dawson, died Saturday, November 25, 2023 at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester at the age of 66.
Celebration of life services will be held Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 10:30 AM at Grace Lutheran Church in Dawson. Pastor Kendall Stelter will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be held Friday, December 1, 2023 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hanson & Dahl Funeral Home in Dawson with a prayer service beginning at 6:30 PM. Visitation will continue one hour prior to services at the church on Saturday.

Debra Denise Helgeson was born August 2, 1957 in Dawson, MN to Ronald and Gracelyn (Bergeson) Helgeson. She was baptized at Riverside Evangelical Church and confirmed at Grace Lutheran Church. Debra attended and graduated from Dawson-Boyd High School in 1975. She was united in marriage to Donald Ranallo on September 21, 1985 and to this union two children were born. They made their home in Dawson where Debra worked for Medi-Sota for over 20 years and in 2023 she received the NCHN Outstanding Network Leader of the Year. Debra enjoyed spending her time at the lake and loved being with her children and grandchildren. She was very fond of celebrating holidays, as well as shopping. Debra was always the life of the party and had contagious laugh that filled the room.
She is survived by her husband, Don; daughters, Andrea (Chad Listul) Johnson of Dawson and Gina (Joe)Wilhelm of Mankato; grandchildren, Emma and Griffin Johnson, Avery, Holden and Layton Listul, and Blakely and Ledger Wilhelm; father, Ronald Helgeson; brother, Steve (Mary) Helgeson; sisters, Julie (Kevin) Oman, Tami (Mike) Mckesson, and Melissa (Terry) Liebl; and several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Debra was preceded in death by her mother, Gracelyn; paternal grandparents, Helmer and Alice Helgeson; and maternal grandparents, Noble and Josie Bergeson.
