Eric Wayne Smith Obituary
Eric had a larger-than-life personality, passionately loving his wife and family, his puppies Maggie and Marley, Rush, NASCAR, Harley Davidson and so much more. Incredibly smart, Eric graduated from Antioch High School (TN) and went on to serve in the Air Force and Air National Guard. He owned and operated SOS, a CT imaging company, as well as worked for several national companies for most of his life. His vibrant presence will always be remembered and missed by those who knew him.
Preceded in death by brother Jere Bryan Smith; grandparents Coleman and Edith Barrett, Ernest and Pauline Smith. Survived by his wife Lisa Marie Smith; children: Garren Smith (Sarah), of OH, Sydney Smith of TN, Taylor Smith of TN, Coleman Dove (Taylor) of NC, Andrew Dove (Jenny) of WV, and Matthew Dove of OH; parents: Jere Smith and Joan Smith; sibling Jennifer Martin (David) and brother from another mother Scott Anderson of TN; grandchildren Alveya and Belle of OH; nephew Jack Martin and niece Audrey Martin of TN.
A Life Celebration will be held Friday, October 1, 2021 at 1pm. Visitation will be 10:00am – 1:00pm, Friday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville, TN, 37221, harpethhills.com.
