Frank William Brandeis

Frank William Brandeis, 80, passed away August 30, 2023, at his home.
He was born in Birdbrook, England, and a native of Chicago, Illinois. Frank received Christ as his Savior in 1970, and the Lord led him to attend the Institute of Christian Service of Bob Jones University. He later received his Masters in Counseling from Trinity Theological Seminary in Newburg, Indiana. Preceded in death by his father, Frank Albert Long; step-father, William Brandeis; mother, Doreen Emily Swallow Peterson; and a sister, Kathy Peterson. Frank was a retired counselor and attended Community Baptist Church in Greer.
Frank is survived by his spouse, Cynthia Jean Meyer Brandeis of the home; six children, Rebekah Ward (Shawn) of Taylors, Kimberly Davis (Tim) of Guyton, Georgia, David Brandeis of Indiana, Nancy Brandeis of Taylors, Jennifer Kazmer of Illinois, and Brenda Brandeis of Marietta; a step-son, Michael James Lasky of Chicago; a brother, William Brandeis (Sue) of Illinois; a sister, Shirley Walker of Indiana; sixteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at Community Baptist Church, 643 S Suber Road, Greer, SC, with visitation at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 16, 2023; and the service to follow at 11:00 a.m.
