Beloved husband of Kathy Tassin for 49 years. Loving father of Stacy Lusco (Louis). Grandfather of Madeline Cambre. Son of the late Cleveland Anthony Tassin and Whilemina Marie Champagne. Brother of Albert Tassin and Anna Forsythe. Uncle of Matthew and Melissa.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Visitation and Funeral Mass at St. Peter Catholic Church, 1550 Hwy 44, Reserve, LA on Wednesday, April 10, 2024. Visitation from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in St. Peter Cemetery immediately following the Mass.

When I moved into the house next door to George he came over and introduced himself to me. "I'm Chicken George" he proclaimed. I asked if he was good at cooking up chicken. "No it's because I sound like a chicken" and he started his chicken clucking sound! He was a wonderful neighbor and helped me out numerous times. He will be sorely missed.
