Survivors include his wife, Charlene Johnson; daughters, Lynnette Liliane Johnson, Michele Johnson; son, Jamie Johnson; 4 grandchildren; step children, Charlie Young, Crissy Young, David Roberts; sister, Tina Starr Buck; brother and sister-in-law, Ray and Tammy Johnson; several nieces and nephews.

Guy was a joy to have as a dining guest in mine and Randy´s restaurant Town Square Cafe for many years. It was an honor knowing you my friend. Say hello to my Randy and Alex for me until the Lord joins us all together sometime soon. God bless his wife and family as he fills the void in their hearts with himself, until we are all called home. Thank you Jesus!
