Guy B. Roberts, Jr. “Guy B” of D’Iberville, MS passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2024 in Ocean Springs at the age of 73.
Guy B was born in Biloxi, MS on Monday February 6, 1950 to the late Guy B. Roberts, Sr. and Iris Dubaz Roberts. He graduated Class of 1968 from Biloxi High School and served his country in the U.S. Army. He served as a medic with the 101st Airborne Division in the Vietnam Conflict. He attended Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service in Houston, TX where he earned an Associate Degree in Mortuary Science. Guy B began working as an embalmer and funeral director for Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Home 1984 and worked his way up to General Manager. After many dedicated years, Guy B retired in June of 2020. Guy B served as a Board Member of the MS State Board of Funeral Service and was a member of the MS Funeral Directors Association.
Guy B is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Barbara Roberts; brother, David Roberts and his wife, Linda Roberts; brother-in-law, Mark Landry; and by his niece, Jessica Rose Roberts.
Left to cherish his memory include his children, Amanda Roberts, Rhett Roberts and Ashley Hamlin (Mike Hamlin); grandsons, Damian Haywood (Haley Haywood), Marcus Morton, Mitchell Hamlin and Mason Hamlin; granddaughters, Rozalyn Busch and Miley Morton; and by his sisters, Charmaine Landry, Darnell McCormick (Cheyenne), Robin Mullen (Phillip) and Laurie Roberts.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 12, 2024 at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue in Biloxi. Friends may visit one hour prior. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to gather at 1:00 p.m. at Café New Orleans, 11014 Lamey Bridge Road, D’Iberville, MS 39540.
