Joe Blanco Garcia was born December 16, 1961 to Dominga B. Garcia and Jesse M. Garcia in Victoria, Texas. He is preceded in death by Father, Jesse M. Garcia; his sister, Sarah B. Garcia; his brother, Jesse B. Garcia Jr.; his daughter, Sarah Marie Garcia; and his in-laws, Maria Perez and Julian Perez. Joe was a loving family man with a big heart. He was an Eagle Scout. He loved his family and would go above and beyond for them. Joe loved music, dancing, traveling, barbecuing, gardening, gambling, and also his Road Dog, Harley. Joe was a jokester and lived life to the fullest. He will be missed but never forgotten. Those left to cherish Joe B. Garcia's memory are his mother, Dominga B. Garcia; his loving wife of 39 years of marriage, Elizabeth "Lisa" Garcia; his daughters, Crystal G. Garcia, Armoni N. Garcia, Sharon M. Amador & husband Albert; his son, Joe G. Garcia Jr.; his brother, David B. Garcia; his sisters, Maria Garcia & husband Kevin, Christina A. Eldreth & husband Frank; 8 grandchildren; numerous nephews; his brother in-law's Julio Perez Jr., Frank Reyes & wife Carmen; sister-in-law, Maria R. Canales & husband Raymond. He is also survived by many other relatives and a host of good friends. Joe will be dearly missed by all those who shared wonderful memories with him.
