Mr. D'Angelo was pre-deceased by his mother, Mary Ann D'Angelo; his father Louis Martin D'Angelo, Sr.; and his great-nephew, Jayson Dobie. He is survived by his three sisters, Margaret Newell of Colonial Beach, VA, Rose Flusche (Kenneth) of Norfolk, VA, and Donna Webb (Norman) of Chesapeake, VA; his brother, Louis D'Angelo, Jr. (Martina) of Germany; three nephews, Leonard Walton (Danielle), Kevin Walton (Kristina), and Brian Flusche; four nieces, Cathy Giliken (Dennis), Lauren D'Angelo, Lisa Sivino, and Mariska Campbell; seven great nephews; and three great nieces.
There will be a memorial service on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church with a burial to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Joseph's name to Blessed Sacrament's SMILES Outreach Program.
