Betty F. Creecy

Betty F. Creecy, 95, of Norfolk, passed away October 27, 2025. Born in Portsmouth, the daughter of the late Harry and Marian Culpepper Flemming. Betty was a LPN for 25 years with the medical practice of Cofer, Elsasser and Evett. She was pre-deceased by her husband of 52 years W. L. Moger, and their daughter Iva M. Winters, as well as Betty's second husband of 6 years Jim Creecy. Survivors include Bill and Rosalyn Moger, their two sons Josh Moger, daughters Esther and Miriam, and Jordan and Stephanie Moger and their children Juliet and Eli. Survivors also include Betty's son-in-law John Winters and children Robert and Katharine. Further arrangements are pending.
