Lori Ann Decker

Lori Ann (Manecke) Decker, 60, passed away peacefully on May 11, 2023 in Indianapolis, IN.
Lori was born In Louisville, KY, to Kurt and Shirley Manecke on February 18, 1963. She was a proud graduate of Angela Merici High School. She had a beautiful singing voice and shared her talents with the choir of Our Lady of Consolation parish. Lori exemplified the "cool aunt" spirit, from her eclectic fashion sense and music taste, to her ever-changing hair style and colors. She was an avid Kentucky Wildcats fan and an Indianapolis Colts season ticket holder. Lori could always be counted on to be a confidante and friend.
Lori is preceded in death by her parents, Kurt and Shirley Lyons Manecke; mother-in-law, Mary G. Decker; brother-in-law, Thomas Decker and beloved cousin, Michael J. Lyons.
Lori is survived by her husband, Richard W. Decker; brother, Dennis Manecke (Donna); sisters, Teri Trail (Bobby), Kelley Atkins (Tim); father-in-law, Exedus Decker; brother-in-law, Ronald Decker; sisters-in-law, Joan Devault, Karen Gatti (Dave), Sharon Sweitzer (Stan); several nieces & nephews and great nieces & nephews and special friends, Rick and Linda Spalding and Claire Marie Gaffney.
Memorial visitation will be held 1 P.M. to 8 P.M, Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at Ratterman Southwest, 4832 Cane Run Rd.
A Funeral Mass will be 11 A.M. Thursday, May 25, 2023 at St. Peter the Apostle Church, 5431 Johnsontown Rd. with burial in St. Michael Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ky. Humane Society.
