Louise Warren Obituary
Louise grew up in Oak Grove, Louisiana with her parents and brother, Harold Stanford.
Louise graduated from Oak Grove High School and completed her bachelors and master's degree in education at Northeast Louisiana University.
In 1988, Louise moved to Arlington, Texas to work for Arlington ISD as an elementary school teacher. It was here in Arlington she met and married the love of her life, West. Louise was a devoted wife, mother, and teacher. She coached upward basketball, was involved in PTO, and after school programs. Louise put aside her career to focus on raising her two sons before eventually returning to being a teacher with Burleson ISD. Louise served as an elementary and dyslexia services teacher for 19 years. Louise loved to read books and spend time with her family more than anything. She never stopped learning and found true passion and joy in teaching young children.
Louise was known for her smile and ability to make everyone feel warm and happy. She was always cheerful and excited each day at work and at home.
Louise always kept her positive attitude even while married to a police officer and both of her sons growing up to become police officers. She was her family's number one cheerleader and biggest fan.
Louise was preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Jean Stanford, her sister in law Melody Stanford, her granddaughter Tegan Warren, and her grandson Luke Warren.
Louise is survived by her husband West Warren and two sons.
Dylan Warren and wife Sarah and their children, Liam and Lacy of Joshua, Texas
Dalton Warren and wife Shannon and their daughter Tatum of Covington, Texas
Louise and her radiating smile and presence will forever live in our hearts.

'Wes, Dalton and Dyland, you are in my prayers and will
continue to bein my prayers, I am so sorry to hear about
Louise. I knew Louise in Oak Grove and her
family were neighbors of my parents in Oak Grove on
Bran Road. My sister, Betty Hampton and I kept one of
the sons when her Mother passed away. I meet the son
we kept when he was in Oak Grove for Harold's wife. And
he was so nice to walk me over to the Church for the service
of Harold's wife. Send my love and prayers,
Wes, Dylan and Dalton, I am sorry to hear about Louise.
You are in my prayers and will continue to be. Sorry I am
unable to be with you. My sister, Betty Hampton and I kept
one of the sons when Louise's Mother passed away. I was
able to meet the sweet son that we kept when he was last
in Oak Grove.

Louise was such a light. She helped support and encourage me when I switched to teaching dyslexia. She always had this energy and positivity about her that was contagious. She will be missed.

Mrs. Warren was a treasure! She worked with my youngest through the dyslexia program for 4 years, getting her reading skills up to grade level. Her dedication and love really helped my child to excel, and I will always be grateful to her. She was also so sweet and had the best stories. We already miss her!
