Mark Alan Adams

Born August 14, 1955 in Bozeman, MT to Evelyn M. Adams and Ivan C. Adams, Mark passed away at the Ogden Regional Hospital after a lingering illness at the age of 68 years. He was surrounded by his loving family, Joni, wife of 31 years, and her children.
Mark, the middle child with a sister on both sides, grew up and attended Box Elder High in Brigham City, UT. He served our country in the U.S. Army Infantry 82nd Airborne Rangers. Most of his working career was spent in and around Corinne, UT where the family lived. They relocated to Ogden, UT in 2022.
As a devoted husband and surrogate father to Joni's three boys, Eli John Bosley, Jeremiah Thomas Bosley, and William Kevin Bosley (Brenda). Mark was the consummate craftsman and innovator. He surrounded the family with creative and functional items that would have made Leonardo da Vinci proud. Making broken items useful was his hallmark.
At family gatherings he acquired the label of jokester and teller-of-tall-tales. Always fun to be around and rarely ever serious, he sometimes had to be distanced from the ladies and small children with sensitivities to strong language. Yet loved by all.
Mark is survived by his wife Joni VanDewerker Adams and her sons: Eli, Jeremiah, and William; sisters Roxane (Steve Pratt) and Brenda (Kent, deceased, Larsen); father Ivan and Step Mother Deanna Sue. His mother, Evelyn, preceded him in death in 1988. Grandchildren: Aceton, Kolbe, Brendon, Sarah, Madaie, Ceydee, Vinscent, Trinity, Austin, and Riley; and 3 great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Mark's life will be held at a yet-to-be determined date.
