Bergen - Michele Worden, 60 of Bergen passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2022, after a long battle with cancer, at Highland Hospital in Rochester, New York.
Michele was born Monday, July 16th, 1962 in Rochester, NY a daughter of the late Michael Fleming Sr. and Judy Fleming. She graduated from Byron-Bergen Central School and later married the love of her life Wayne Worden. She was a fantastic mother to her four children and loved her grandchildren. Michele dedicated her life to helping others as a Nurse's Aide at Premier Genesee Nursing and Rehabilitation.
She enjoyed crocheting gifts for family and friends, loved animals, spent her life caring for people, and dedicated time to sending out uplifting posts on facebook. As a friend Michele was fierce and loyal, she would always stand by your side.
Michele is survived by her mother Judy Fleming; three sons, Cory Worden, of Bergen, Kevin Worden, of Bergen, and Kyle (Katrina) Worden, of Honeoye Falls; grandchildren, Eithan, Kellsie, and Haylee Worden, of Rome; Siblings, Ron (Barb) Conrad, of Wayland, Tom (Kim) Fleming, of Brockport, Bob (Joanne) Fleming, of LeRoy, Mike (Mariann) Fleming, of Bergen, and many nieces and nephews.
Michele is reunited in death with her husband, Wayne Worden; father, Michael Fleming Sr., and her daughter Kristie Stack.
As per the family's request there will be a private interment in Mumford Rural Cemetery, at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to James P. Wilmont cancer center, 90 Crittenden Blvd, Rochester, NY 14642.
