Paul "Paulie" E. Altman
Paul "Paulie" E. Altman, age 59, of Millcreek Twp. and Boardman, OH, died unexpectedly under the care of UPMC-Hamot. He had battled heart disease for most of his adult life.
He was born on September 11, 1964 in Hopatcong, NJ, the son of the late Paul E. Altman, Sr. and Violet Rader and his step-father Ron Rader.
He was employed at First Student and EMTA Busing.
Paulie enjoyed camping, cooking, crafts, and was an animal lover. His contagious laugh was the life of every gathering.
Besides his father, he was preceded in death by one sister Violet Altman.
He is survived by his mother, step-father, two children; Justin Binney (Melinda), Casey Altman, one brother Jerry Altman, three grandchildren; Alex Heasley, Kira Sontag, Victoria Beatty, and life long friends; Toby Putnam, Nick Bretschneider, and Curtis Dana.
Private arrangements were handled by the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the American Heart Association.
