Janet Kufner Patterson, 92, of Erie, passed away Thursday November 6, 2025. She was born in Elyria, OH on May 25, 1933 a daughter of the late Charles W. Kufner, Sr. and Florence Rehrig Kufner.
Janet worked in retail for several years and enjoyed helping and interacting with her customers. She also enjoyed getting together with her friends, being with family, and while home, the company of her cats.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by four daughters, Debra Oswalt, Jill Popa, Denise Morell, and Jane Krahe; and her brother, Charles W. Kufner, Jr.
Survivors include her son, Barry Patterson; 11 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren
Funeral services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements were made by the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc., 5000 Wattsburg Rd., Erie, 16504.
