Quanila Katera Sharpe Jordan, a beloved daughter, sister, and friend, passed away on June 28, 2024, in Cornelius, leaving behind a legacy of love and joy She was born on April 12, 1998, in Charlotte NC to Aaron Jordan and Sonya Shipp.
Quanila graduated from North Mecklenburg High School and was known for her fun-loving personality. She had a gift for befriending anyone she met and cherished spending time with her loved ones. She enjoyed pampering herself by getting her nails and hair done, as as indulging in good sleep. Quanila had a passion for spending time with friends, often watching the same show with them while on FaceTime.
In her journey through life, Quanila was fortunate to have the unwavering love and support of her family and friends. She is survived by her mother Sonya Shipp, father Aaron Jordan, brother Caseem Cornelius. Additional family members will listed once the obituary is completed in the coming days.
She is preceded in death by her maternal great grandmother Daisy Gibson, maternal grandmother Paulette Brandon, maternal grandfather Warren Brandon, paternal grandfather Lucius Jordan, and aunt Lugera Gibson.
Quanila's absence will be deeply felt by all who knew her. Her bright spirit and caring nature touched the lives of many and will be fondly remembered.
May she rest in peace knowing that she was cherished and loved by all who had the privilege to know her.
