One of the many things we did together that stands out was the time I bought him NHRA drag racing tickets. We stood as close to the Top fuel rail cars as possible. I told him make sure you have your hearing aides off. We stood there watching them lining up to take off. The lights turned green on the tree, the cars took off and were gone 3sec. We walked away from the fence and he looked at me and said, " How many horse power do them things have?" laughed and he said his eyes shook in his head and he could feel the engines thump on his chest, HOLY COW. I hope we are not going down there again.
What a great time he and I had that day.
I love you Uncle Ronnie and I always will. Tell everyone up there I said hello. Rest in peace see you some day. Love Scott Sponseller
