Ronald Linden Harris, passed away on Monday, December 23,2024 at home.
Visitation will be from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Sunday, December 29, 2024, Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
Graveside service will be held Monday, December 30, 2024, at 2:00 PM, at Sunset Memorial Gardens with John Wamsley of Westminster Presbyterian Church officiating.
Ron was born in Muskegee, OK, to Verna and Harry Sanders on March 5, 1945. He went to school in Forsan, TX. Ron married Delores Telford on May 20, 2004, in Las Vegas, NV. He was a machinist and owned his own company for over 40 years; Industrial Production Services, Inc and Lehman being his last endeavors. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and served in the Naval Air Force and was awarded the Purple Heart. Dear to Ron's heart was the Mason's and the Shriners Hospital that he took part in every month.
Ron is preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Verna Sanders.
Ron is survived by wife, Delores; daughter, Michele and Aaron Krebs; sister, Betty Ann Henrichs and husband Buddy of Princeton, TX; and nephews, Matt of Allen, TX, and Doug Henrichs of Princeton, TX. Also, Trusted employees Larry Long and Candace Harper, both of Odessa.
Memorials may be given to the Shriners Childrens' Hospital in Galveston, TX. The family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the nurses of Gentiva and the VA.
